In a world where so many voices go unheard — the child who sleeps hungry, the elderly abandoned by their families, the youth who never gets a chance — संघर्ष Wiद Soul was born out of one simple but powerful belief: every life matters. Founded by Sanjeev Dabas, our journey began over seven years ago with a single act of service and the desire to create a deeper, more meaningful impact on humanity.
We believe that compassion is the most powerful tool for change. When people come together with pure intentions and open hearts, entire communities can be transformed — not with charity, but with dignity, purpose, and connection.

How we do it
Our approach is deeply personal. We listen. We walk into forgotten neighborhoods, sit with those who feel invisible, and ask what they need — not what we think they need. Every project we run is community-driven and rooted in trust. Whether it’s supporting children with education materials, providing care in old age homes, or distributing daily meals, our commitment is always to serve first, and serve with soul.
Led by volunteers, families, and individuals who believe in giving back, our efforts stretch across Gurugram. From planting over 100,000 trees to restoring dignity through food, education, and shelter, our work is an ongoing act of love.
What we do
Feed the Hungry: We distribute nutritious meals to thousands living in poverty, ensuring no one in our reach sleeps on an empty stomach.
Educate the Future: We provide school supplies, books, uniforms, and mentorship to underprivileged children who deserve a fair start.
Care for the Forgotten: We support orphanages and old age homes, offering not just resources, but companionship, warmth, and a sense of belonging.
Heal the Earth: Through massive tree plantation drives, we’ve planted over 1 lakh trees — because healing communities also means healing the planet.

What began as a small effort has grown into a mission to feed the forgotten, educate the underprivileged, and care for both people and the planet. Over the years, this initiative has touched countless lives across Gurugram, and yet, it still holds the same heart it started with. This work is not just mine — it belongs to every volunteer, every supporter, and every soul moved by compassion.
